Breadth is only worth carrying if every line is held to the same standard. Each compound we list runs to its own fixed, documented process — one method set, one release specification, and retention samples to check any of it years later.
B&F Research supplies synthetic research peptides to laboratories, universities, businesses and independent researchers. We synthesise, purify, analyse, label and ship — and we do it for a fixed range that does not change with demand. A laboratory ordering from us in March receives material released against the same specification as one ordering in November.
Everything we supply is a laboratory reagent. We make no therapeutic claims, we run no trials, and we do not supply material for use in people or animals.

Synthesis & Purification
Solid-phase synthesis followed by preparative reverse-phase HPLC and lyophilisation. Each compound runs to a fixed, documented process — no ad-hoc campaigns.

Analytical Release
Every lot is released on RP-HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, Karl Fischer water content and residual solvent screening. Results are reported as measured.

Fulfilment & Custody
Cold-chain packing, tamper-evident kits, and a lot-to-order record for every box that leaves the building. Delivery to verified institutional addresses only.

The name & the mark
Bluebonnet and Fairmount.
The B is for the bluebonnet — the state flower of Texas. Simultaneously, the title of one founder’s neighborhood. The F stands for Fairmount, the neighborhood name of the other founder.
The mark is a bluebonnet spike rendered as a molecular diagram: florets drawn as perfect circles, never petals, stacked in the order they open. It is a botanical form described in the vocabulary of chemistry, which is more or less the company’s whole disposition.
