Every compound ships in the same physical format, so a laboratory receiving two different compounds receives two identical boxes.

Lot-specific Certificate of Analysis with RP-HPLC purity trace, mass spectrometry identity confirmation, water content and residual solvent results.
Safety Data Sheet issued with every kit and re-issued on revision.
Research Use Only labelling on the outer carton and on each individual vial. Labels are not removable and are not customisable.
Cold-chain shipping with temperature logging on request.

Kits are not broken down, re-labelled, repackaged into unmarked containers, or supplied without the RUO statement. There are no exceptions to this, for any order, at any volume.

Order placement

Add the kit sizes you need to your cart and check out, or send us your requirement and we will price it. Consumer addresses and unverifiable entities are declined.

Quotation

Larger and repeat requirements receive a written quotation covering kit quantity, lot availability, lead time and freight. Wholesale tiers are applied automatically at the order level.

Documentation release

The Certificate of Analysis and Safety Data Sheet for the allocated lot are released for review before the order is confirmed. If the lot data does not meet your internal specification, the order is cancelled at no cost.

Dispatch

Kits ship from Fort Worth with cold-chain packaging and tracking. Delivery is made to the verified address given on the order and to no other address.

Documentation & quality

Everything is traceable to a lot.

Analytical release

Each lot is released against RP-HPLC purity, mass spectrometry identity, water content by Karl Fischer, and residual solvent screening. Results are reported as measured, not as ranges.

Retention samples

A retention sample of every lot is held so that a result can be re-checked against the original material for the stated retest period.

Chain of custody

Lot number, release date, storage history and destination are recorded for every kit dispatched, and are available to the purchaser on request.

Handling & storage

Laboratory conditions only.

Store sealed vials at −20 °C, protected from light and moisture, in a controlled-access laboratory freezer.
Handle in a suitably ventilated laboratory area using gloves, eye protection and a laboratory coat, in line with the Safety Data Sheet and your institutional risk assessment.
Reconstitution, aliquoting and stability under your own conditions are determined by the receiving laboratory. We do not supply reconstitution guidance.
Dispose of unused material and containers as laboratory chemical waste under your institutional waste stream. Do not dispose of into drains or domestic waste.
Keep out of reach of unauthorised persons at all times. These materials are not to leave the laboratory environment.
