This notice describes how B&F Research, Inc. collects and uses personal information through this website. It does not cover information collected under a separate written supply agreement or account verification file, which is governed by that agreement.

What we collect

We collect information you choose to give us — your name, employer, email address and the content of your message — when you write to one of the addresses listed on our contact page or apply for a role. We also collect standard server log data, including IP address, browser type and pages requested.

This site uses only cookies strictly necessary to serve the pages you request. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and, where relevant, keep a record of the correspondence.
• To assess applications for employment.
• To maintain the security and integrity of our systems.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers acting on our instructions, and where we are legally obliged to do so.

Retention

Enquiry correspondence is kept for two years. Recruitment records are kept for twelve months after a decision unless you ask us to keep them longer.

Your rights
